My chubby bubba

We scored a killer deal on a pre lit artificial tree last year so Zachy gets his own tree in his room. He loves it! Baby boy had just taken a bath and was mesmerized by brothers lights. I just love this picture of my chubba chubba.

Naughty and Nice

A little sneak peek for my good friend Yoko and her adorable daughters. The youngest came over in mismatched clothes (as she didn't want to wear anything her sister and mom picked out). I pondered a minute and realized our shade shirt order came in, so we whipped out one of mom's black shirts she ordered, put it on little one. I went through my stash of scrapbooking ribbon and found the cute little black and white polka dot. Yes I love polka dots (0: I then wrapped it around her waist a few times and tied it in a bow for a belt. I also made a matching headband with it too. So mom's shirt is a dress on her but it looked so stinkin cute and she loved it. I will post another pic soon so you can see my fashion ensemble (0: Aunt Jen, the fashion expert, on little girls anyways.

Shannon's Photo Party Sneak Peeks....

So here are a few photos from a photo party done a few weeks ago. You sure can't beat taking outdoor photos. I just love these.

The first one is for Shannon...I just love taking their pictures, they are so dang photogenic and little "fia" is seriously the cutest.

Poor little one just wasnt feeling good this day. She was such a trooper and was happy getting cuddled by mom and dad. So sweet.

All booked up!!

Just a quick post to let you all know two things. First off, I am now completely booked up and will not book any sessions until after the 1st of the year (unless it is a newborn shoot or something like that). I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas and New Year!

Second...my printer went kapoop last night so I was unable to finish printing off the covers of photo cds for those of you at Shannon's photo party, your cd's will go out in the mail tomorrow instead of today.

Blog Candy of sorts.....even for those that I have never done photos for

So in blog land, there is a little thing called blog candy. It is where the blogger gives away a goodie. Well since strep is finally going away in this house (zachy got the brunt of it, poor baby) I am feeling happy. So, THE FIRST PERSON TO EMAIL ME, and tell me they were on my blog and saw this will get a custom made photo card to use as your christmas card or to just insert into your christmas card. What is a photo card? Oh they are awesome. You email me a photo you have (it does not have to be one that I took so anyone that reads this blog can enter)and I make a collage of sorts, with Happy Holidays or whatever. You tell me what size you want it to be and send me the picture via email, tell me what you want it to say and viola! I email it to you when I am done and I will also post it onto my blog (so you have to be ok with that)and I may use it on my future website as well. You then take the file and upload it to wherever you get photos printed and print off as many as you lake. How neat is that? K someone better email me soon (0: good luck!

Sneak Peek time again. yay!

So feeling a bit better and finally caught up on photos. yay! Here is a peek at some photos we did at the lake a few weeks back. The fall colors were perfect. I even did photos of the cutest little puppy. My first time and I found that dogs are pretty darn easy to get to look at the camera. So nice. Hope you guys enjoy your photos, they went out in the mail today.

Strep....yuck

The entire last week our house was plagued by strep throat. Ben missed an entire week of work and I was fending for myself. This left photo editing on the back burner just when I thought I was getting caught up. Figures! So for those of you that had their photos done at Tessie photo party at the lake your photos will go out with Tuesday's mail. Sorry for the delay but I now have strep and am starting my second day on the lovely antibiotics. The fever has went down a bit to where I can focus for a few minutes at the computer. Sounds fun huh? I would post a lovely picture of the puss on the back of my throat but I thought it might gross a few of you out. dang. I even had to postpone photo appointments today for the first time ever (sorry Keisha!) but thankfully she was a sweety and understanding. Thats it for the update. Lots of sneak peeks to come soon! and a more cheerful post next time I promise!
